NoveList K-8 and NoveList
Database of Fiction books. You can search by Author, Title, Series, Plot, Best Fiction (Award Winning) or Explore Fiction (Topic/Theme). You can also search books similiar to a book you enjoyed reading.
Search for Images – Locate images within the EBSCO databases.
Literary Reference Center (gr. 9-12) – plot summaries, articles, author biographies, literary journals, book reviews, poems, short stories, author interviews, etc.
Points of View Reference Center (gr. 9-12) – Essays that present multiple sides of a current issue, plus a research guide and links to other resources on that topic.
History Reference Source (gr. 9-12) – history periodicals, documents, biographies, photos, maps, video
Newspaper Reference Source (gr. 9-12) – full text articles from newspapers, TV & Radio news transcripts

Database
Includes the Professional Development Collection and ERIC for teachers, along with the Academic and Business Source Elite and the Master F ILE Premier.
This resource can be accessed at school and at home. Use the same user
name and password as you use for the other databases.
Includes: World Book Kids, World Books
Students, World Book Advanced, World Book Discover, Spanish versions of World
Book plus the Digital Libraries: Living Green, Early Peoples and Inventions
& Discoveries.
Database Portal to many of the SIRS databases. You can find information on social issues, science, history, government, the arts and humanities. It includes full-text articles and Internet resources. Use the school user name and passwork to access this site.
Database of reviewed Web sites. You may search the elementary, middle or high school databases. You can search by keyword or subject browse.
Online database for educators, students and their
parents. Includes topics such as
diseases, drugs, alcohol, nutrition, fitness, mental healt, diversity, family
life, work readiness etc.
AP Photo Archive This databse includes an International photoarchive,
Euro/Asian photoarchive, a graphics database, the AP Text Database and the AP
Audio Database. Use the school user name and password to access
from home. If the user name and password do
not work from this link, go to the Media Net link on the LMC page and use the
AP link on that site.
Learn 360 – Streaming media from PBS, National Geographic and other educational video producers. Use the same user name and password for as use for other databases.
