Guidelines
ForSuccess |
Our school has three basic guidelines that all the children
are expected to follow, and we have consequences which may occur if any
of the rules are broken. We believe these guidelines are essential for
a successful classroom. By letting your child be responsible for both his/her
actions and accepting the consequences of their actions, we are helping
your child make responsible choices. This may sound like a lot to ask of
a second grader, but this is where the foundation is formed. We know your
child can be successful; with guidelines and enforcement of those guidelines.
All good behavior is valued and reinforced. This may occur through a variety of methods such as praise, awards, celebrations, and special privileges. W e ask for your cooperation on this matter. If there are any questions over this procedure, please don't hesitate to contact us. The guidelines are:
1. Be Respectful (treat others as you wish to be treated)
2. Do Your Best (choosing to learn without goofing off,
putting forth their best effort)
3. Be Safe (make responsible choices for your own safety
as well as others)
