Fluency Lab provides a unique opportunity for Second, Third, and Fourth Graders to practice reading in a small group. Students use leveled non-fiction stories and repetitive reading strategies to help them become successful and confident readers. Students see their growth by continually graphing their own progress, helping them become excited to improve.
Fluency Lab groups meet either two or three times a week for twenty minutes at a time. Students qualify for Fluency Lab through teacher recommendation and reading fluency probe results.
